Big blow for the Reds
Liverpool stars Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson are set to miss the clash with Crystal Palace this weekend after failing to overcome ankle injuries.
Starting with Salah, the Egyptian has been an incredibly important player for Liverpool over the past few seasons.
He’s also impressed again this season, scoring six goals in 11 Premier League appearances.
Meanwhile, Andy Robertson has been a pivotal part of both Liverpool’s attack and defence.
While he’s been relatively solid defending his own goal, he’s also already racked up four assists and one goal during this Premier League season.
It goes to show just how important both players have been for Liverpool, with the Reds now eight points clear at the top of the table.
A win over Palace could even see them extend their lead even further, with Manchester City facing a tough task against Frank Lampard’s Chelsea.
However, Liverpool are set to be without both Salah and Robertson this weekend.
